(DC) Soul Mega: This black owned beer company is bringing style and inclusion to the beer industry! Order online for pickup in NoMa and get your order between 3pm-8pm, or find them art a variety of locations in the District.
(DMV) Tawonda Boyd's Sweet Treats: This pastry business is run by a Black woman who creates some of the best edible treats. Book her for events or call ahead to place your order online for her special goodie bag.
(DMV) Urban Chefs Table: This Black chef-owned business was on the cusp on hosting their first dinner pop up when COVID-19 scuttled their plans. Now they offer weekend meals and some pop-ups for pickup and delivery. Follow them on Instagram for updated information and order online here.
(DMV) Dodah's Kitchen: This vegan soul food cafe will open its first brick and mortar location soon in Mount Rainier. Until then, look for Dodah's Kitchen soul foods and desserts in stores across the DC area.
(DMV) Chef Jess: This meal delivery service provides fresh (never frozen), heat and eat, and individually packaged meals throughout the DMV. They are also currently donating a portion of their meals to front-line and essential workers, as well as underserved communities. Check out their options here.
(DMV) Sunflower Gardenz: This vegan, home-based vegan bakery has got you covered! From hot cross buns to biscuits, Sunflower Gardenz has treats available for pickup or delivery in the DMV.
